About “Global Platform Services team”

The Global Platform Operations’ mission is to deliver quality ad delivery services and operations support to the tech stack across all markets around the globe in a standardized, centralized and efficient manner. Currently working very closely with passionate professionals from Sales and Operations teams in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.


What you’ll do

As a Coordinator Campaign Activation, you will be positioned for rapid growth within the Campaign Activation team and will gain hands-on experience in digital media with an emphasis on developing expertise in the CTV landscape.

Note that this role is working on West Coast Hours (12PM to 8PM) as you will be in contact with our West Coast team. 



  • Support Campaign Activation Specialists in their day to day tasks
  • Perform thorough quality assurance and analysis of creative assets and third party ad tags; provide recommendations to quickly resolve technical or creative spec related issues
  • Review creative and assets to ensure no assets are missing and full compliance of all trackers fired
  • Understand media plan, campaign objectives and complete campaign setup checklist requirements for ad ops team to start campaign setup
  • Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to appropriate counterpart
  • Assist sporadically with campaign QA
  • Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels
  • Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining ad specs, trafficking and workflow procedures for client accounts
  • Ensure timely trafficking of campaigns, campaign performance optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and flag any potential issues related to performance



  • 0 to 1 years of experience of managing campaigns or customer service experience  
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in online advertising, marketing, media agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of digital campaign life cycle and fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
  • Ability to analyze and suggest recommendations to problems 
  • Strong communication skills, highly detailed oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
  • Effective time management skills
  • Adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel
