About "Global Platform Services team"

The Global Platform Operations’ mission is to deliver quality ad delivery services and operations support to the tech stack across all markets around the globe in a standardized, centralized and efficient manner. Currently working very closely with passionate professionals from Sales and Operations teams in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

 

What you’ll do
As an Ad Operation Specialist, you will manage online campaigns working hands-on with the company's proprietary ad platform. You will have the unique opportunity to work on the leading edge of innovation and to learn hands-on about digital advertising supported by a hard-working and fun team. The ideal candidate would have a keen interest in new technologies and digital media and be highly motivated to grow and learn in this challenging fast-paced environment.

Note that this role is working on West Coast Hours, from 12PM to 8PM as you will be in contact with our West Coast team. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and optimize advertising campaigns 
  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeted objectives are met
  • Follow-up and monitoring based on given KPIs
  • Produce reports and recommendations
  • Work closely with Campaign Activation Specialists (CAS) and account management team to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, tags and KPIs
  • Align with inventory team on inventory needs and requirements
  • Perform quality control of creatives, directly on the TVsProduce reports and recommendations
  • Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to appropriate counterpart
  • Partner with CAS to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in online advertising, marketing, media agency 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or in a quantitative analytical discipline such as: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.
  • Good understanding of digital campaign life cycle
  • Fundamental knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication skills, highly detailed oriented and organized
  • Ability to assess priorities and multi-task
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and co-workers
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
