About Global Platform Services team

The Global Platform Operations’ mission is to deliver quality ad delivery services and operations support to the tech stack across all markets around the globe in a standardized, centralized and efficient manner. Currently working very closely with passionate professionals from Sales and Operations teams in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

 

What you’ll do

We are looking for a seasoned professional who wants to contribute to the growth of our Campaign Activation team! As a Team Lead - Campaign Activation, you will lead a team and partner with the Account Management team through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to post-campaign reporting. You will be accountable for the success of all campaigns within your business unit. You will also have the chance to lead special projects such as helping Product Marketing roll out new solutions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coach a team of Campaign Activation Specialists
  • Assist in RFP responses to ensure ease of setup by ad-operations team
  • Advise on strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
  • Liaise between Client Solution Managers (CSMs) and Campaign Managers to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, tags and KPIs
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with CSMs and Inventory team to understand inventory availability and options for delivery
  • Review creative and assets to ensure no assets are missing and full compliance of all trackers fired
  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeted objectives are met
  • Measure and communicate campaign performance throughout the duration of the campaign, including post campaign wrap ups

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience managing a team
  • 8+ years’ experience managing, optimizing and analyzing video advertising campaigns using more than one platform such as: DV360, AppNexus, Adelphic, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk and any other programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges or in-house ad-network tools)
  • In depth understanding about Viewability and ad fraud measurement with Ad verification and Audience verification vendors such as MOAT, DoubleVerify, IAS, Nielsen DAR, comScore and others
  • Strong communication skills, highly detailed oriented and organized
  • Proven success:
  • Leading conversations to ensure best possible outcome for all parties involved
  • Managing the execution of complex digital ad campaigns
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to develop timely solutions to issues
  • Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira and Operative.One
  • Experience with Connected TV inventory is a big plus
