About the Global Platform Service Team

The Global Platform Operations’ mission is to deliver quality ad delivery services and operations support to the tech stack across all markets around the globe in a standardized, centralized and efficient manner. Currently working very closely with passionate professionals from Sales and Operations teams in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.


What you’ll do

As a Senior Digital Trader, you will play a key role in managing high profile and complex campaigns and developing best practices in partnership with other teams.  You will also have the chance to lead special initiatives that will drive operational efficiency and/or increase revenue.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns to meet performance goals and wants to be part of a new and exciting industry.

Note that this role is working on West Coast Hours, from 12PM to 8PM EST, as you will be in contact with our West Coast team.



  • Manage complex campaigns and proactively develop best practices
  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeted objectives are met
  • Lead special projects to improve operational quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our Managed Services
  • Implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns (Smart TV)
  • Provide recommendations on strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
  • Align with inventory team on inventory needs and requirements
  • Perform quality control of creatives, directly on the TVsProduce reports and recommendations
  • Proactively resolve and/or escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to appropriate counterpart
  • Liaise between CAS and CSMs to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, tags and KPIs
  • Partner with CAS to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies
  • Produce reports and recommendations
  • Give feedback to the Product team on features that would improve team efficiency



  • 5+ years’ hands on experience managing, optimizing and analyzing video advertising campaigns using more than one platform such as: DV360, AppNexus, Adelphic,, The Trade Desk and any other programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges or in-house ad-network tools) 
  • Expert in Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management
  • Proven efficiency and ability to manage complex advertising campaigns
  • Expert of advertising standards namely VAST and VPAID
  • Solid experience on campaign execution using more than one platform
  • Able to troubleshoot complicated discrepancies between DSP and adservers or DSPs and SSPs.
  • Proficient on Viewability, Optimization, Private marketplace deals and ad fraud measurement with Ad-verification and Audience verification vendors such as MOAT, DoubleVerify, Nielsen DAR and others
  • Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira and Operative.One
  • Strong communication skills, able to lead conversations that involve senior counterparts
  • Effective time management skills, with proven ability to assess priorities and multi-task 
  • Adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and co-workers
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Valued programming knowledge: XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, R and other, an asset
