What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident individual with strong digital operations and technical experience who understands the ins and outs of current 3rd Party solutions in the AdTech ecosystem. He/She should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, leading projects, and working in cross-functional teams.  

Candidates must have strong technical experience working with third party vendors in the digital media space. They must also be able to clearly communicate across multi-functional organizations. The Certifications Manager is expected to develop and maintain processes and policies around 3rd party Certifications, developing excellent working relationships with all appropriate stakeholders within and outside the company.

Lastly, this person will also work closely with teams around the world to ensure we are getting the proper support to grow the business.

  • Manage the 3rd Party Vendor Certification Queue. Overseeing end to end testing for new vendors who want to run assets on the Samsung Ads Network.
  • Coordinate the review and signature of data sharing agreements with internal and external teams.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies with technical leads.
  • Create and maintain documentation on internal and external facing processes and policies.
  • Clearly communicate timelines and completion of projects to stakeholders.
  • Gaining an in depth understanding of proprietary ad servers in order to QA strategic or highly sensitive campaign setups.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Ad related issues coordinating escalation with support, engineering and product team.



  • 3+ years working in an organization supporting Sales in the digital advertising or AdTech space.
  • Proven experience working through multiple ad servers.
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues and 3PAS discrepancies.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages HTML5, JavaScript, VAST, etc.
  • Familiarity with Industry standards (IAB, MRC, etc.).
  • Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
  • Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas to a non-technical audience.

  • Be resourceful, inventive and passionate about advertising technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Be proactive, addressing potential problems before they occur.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize & work well under pressure.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and initiative and an ability to complete tasks accurately.
  • Good communication skills and capacity/willingness to work in a multi-teams environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written. French is nice to have.
