Senior Digital Campaign Manager – West Coast Hours

As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in managing high profile and complex campaigns and developing best practices in partnership with other teams.  You will also have the chance to lead special initiatives that will drive operational efficiency and increase revenue. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns to meet performance goals and wants to be part of a new and exciting industry.

This role will be based in Montreal and will follow a hybrid work model. Note that you will be working on West Coast Hours, from 12PM to 8PM EST, as you will be in contact with our West Coast team.

What you’ll do

  • Implement and optimize complex advertising campaigns (Smart TV) and proactively develop best practices
  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure targeted objectives are met
  • Lead special projects to improve operational quality and efficiency ; including giving feedback to our Product team on features
  • Advise on strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
  • Align with inventory team on inventory needs and requirements
  • Perform quality control of creatives, directly on the TVs
  • Proactively resolve or escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to appropriate counterpart
  • Work closely with Campaign Activation Specialists (CAS) and Client Solution Managers (CSMs) team to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, tags and KPIs
  • Partner with Digital Campaign Activation team to troubleshoot delivery issues

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ hands on experience managing, optimizing and analyzing video advertising campaigns using more than one platform such as: DV360, AppNexus, Adelphic,, The Trade Desk and a other programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, etc.) 
  • Greater knowledge on Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management
  • Deep understanding about Viewability and ad fraud measurement with Ad verification and Audience verification vendors
  • Expert in Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management
  • Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills, able to lead conversations that involve senior counterparts
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
