What you’ll do

We offer a unique and stimulating learning opportunity for a student wishing to put their skills to contribution and consolidate their learning of human resources management within a growing company!

As a Human Resources intern, your support role is key to the achievement of several ambitious projects for our HR team, in a young and dynamic environment. The Human Resources intern will have the opportunity to benefit from the experience of our HR team professionals by taking part in several projects, including the implementation of our HRIS, career and performance management projects, initiatives to consolidate staff retention and more. If you are someone who wishes to learn the fundamentals of many aspects of HRM, who demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness, this position is for you!   • Support the HR team in managing and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) modules;
  • Write and update the HRIS user guides;
  • Participate to the planification and organization of our development & training calendar;
  • Participate in the elaboration and translation of internal processes and policies;
  • Support the team in the launch and management of different HR Platforms (e.g. Officevibe, Benevity, etc.);
  • Carry out benchmarking studies in regards to training, compensation, work organization, etc.;
  • Coordinate phases of a variety of HR projects;
  • Collaborate in a wide range of tasks related to the proper functioning of the Operations and HR department.



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or administration, HR specialization (2nd or 3rd year students) or master's degree in human resources management or organizational development in progress
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English - written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with Office / Google suite software, Outlook, Webex
  • Knowledge of HRIS, SurveyMonkey, an asset
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Great ease to learn quickly
  • Good ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creativity
  • Rigor and meticulousness
  • Very good sense of judgment, responsibility and professionalism
  • Sense of initiative and curiosity
