What you’ll do:
The AdGear Client Service's team is looking for a multi-talented team player to help provide highly effective advertising services to its clients. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work on the leading edge of innovation with all the different actors involved in online advertising and to learn hands-on about digital advertising. The ideal candidate would have a keen interest for new technologies and digital media, would possess great communication skills and be highly motivated to grow and learn in this challenging fast-paced environment.
In this position you will be required to manage online campaigns working hands-on with the company's proprietary adserver. You will have the unique opportunity to manage national advertising campaigns for the most known advertisers in the USA, Canada and all over the world.
Implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns (Smart TV)
Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeted objectives are met
Follow-up and monitoring based on given KPIs
Produce reports and recommendations
Work closely with our account management and sales teams
Align with inventory team on inventory needs and requirements
Perform quality control of creatives, directly on the TVs
REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
University degree in marketing, commerce or IT/IS
Customer service mentality; professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers
Attentive to details and is rigorous
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems in a timely manner
Quick learner; critical thinker, analytical and problem solver
Highly motivated to learn and work in digital technologies
Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, creating charts, etc
0 to 2 years of work experience
The familiarity of Google Adwords or Facebook Ads or any ad server is an asset
Good communication skills and capacity/willingness to work in a multi-team environment
Be resourceful, inventive and passionate about Internet technologies
