What you’ll do:
As Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of Operations. The area of responsibility for this role is wide and requires thorough knowledge of various company functions and processes. You will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects related to Facilities, Finances, IT and Legal.
You will be working with an experienced, passionate leadership team as Samsung Ads/AdGear continues to grow both globally and in Montreal. As an ideal candidate, you have proven management experience in a highly dynamic setting, ideally in the advertising technology or within a media agency focused on digital. You have outstanding organizational, communication and leadership skills and you have a consistent collaboration and solutions oriented mind-set.

What we are expecting of you:
Assisting the Director of Operations in the management and execution of projects (business processes, facilities, audits, communications, IT systems)
Being responsible for defining, planning, monitoring the execution and closing of the projects
Working directly with AdGear and Samsung team members (business, HR, IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, etc.) analysis, scoping, planning, execution and reporting
In collaboration with key stakeholders and internal subject matter experts, conducting needs analysis and business specifications formalization
Preparing internal communications and marketing material
Preparing the project Scope of Work with the input of different teams
Ensuring the control of project by working with the Director of Operations on dealing with priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and changes
Ensuring deliverables adhere to project objectives and quality standards
A university degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is a nice to have
2+ years of experience in project management and business analysis
Experience in working with cross functional teams
Demonstrated experience in managing digital projects
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver according to objectives, scope, on time and on budget
Experience with being a liaison between internal teams
Experience in digital media and advertising technologies preferred
